A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a " Senior Salesforce Engineer"

Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Role: "Senior Salesforce Engineer"
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite role)

Must have required skills - Salesforce, Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, Coding, SQL

Primary Skill Required for the Role:

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and external platforms.
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support skills in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong code review discipline, engineering standards mindset, and focus on resiliency, quality, and operational excellence.

• Contribute beyond story execution and operate as a senior technical leader
• Drive design reviews, PR rigor, and technical documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and uplift engineering quality across the team
• Help drive shift-left quality and scalable engineering practices

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65 - $70/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
