Registered Nurse Location: Bridgeport, Illinois About the Role Haven of Bridgeport is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. As a Registered Nurse at Haven of Bridgeport, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident conditions and care plans Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Ensuring compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies Responding to changes in resident conditions and providing clinical leadership during your shift Qualifications Active Illinois RN license required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred Ability to work every other weekend Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Benefits Full-Time (30+ Hours per Week): Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays), Life & Disability Insurance Options, Daily Pay Access, and Employee Discount Program Part-Time: Flexible Scheduling, Paid Time Off (where applicable), Daily Pay Access, Employee Discount Program, and Opportunity to transition to Full-Time Why Choose Haven of Bridgeport?
