Client Services Associate

We are a boutique, family-run wealth advisory practice serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families and their closely held businesses. Our firm has been around since 1969, and we take a highly personal, hands‑on approach that is very different from a large corporate environment. Here, you are not a number—you are a core member of a close-knit team. Client Service Associate What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering high‑touch, professional service. Coordinate and manage client meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow‑up. Handle event and venue bookings for client appreciation events and educational workshops. Support account opening, maintenance, archiving all documents and emails electronically and service requests with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Help manage workflows in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Collaborate closely with advisors and team members to enhance the overall client experience. Assist with financial plan analysis for prospective and current clients. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills; genuinely enjoys helping people. Very social, outgoing personality, comfortable engaging with sophisticated clientele. Outstanding customer service mindset with a professional, warm demeanor. Proven ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting. High attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Excellent organizational and follow‑through skills. Critical thinking skills and the ability to anticipate next steps. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, small‑firm environment.
