Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry a diverse caseload including individuals, couples, children, and families, providing tailored therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on best practices in mental health.

• Provide brief individual therapy designed to support clients within the Functional Restoration Program (FRP) and monitor their clinical progress.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective clinical care, especially in the area of pain psychology, helping clients manage chronic pain and trauma.
\n
• Establish and maintain rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary professionals to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
\n
• Apply sound judgment when working with clients, offering compassionate guidance through their mental health challenges.
\n
• Uphold high standards of care, ensuring quality support for clients while adhering to relevant privacy and health laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a range of challenges, including relationship issues, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of chronic pain and trauma. By employing an integrated therapeutic approach, our therapists address complex emotional and psychological needs, assisting patients in navigating their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California License as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience delivering mental health services, ideally in a healthcare-related setting.
