Hybrid Legal Counsel: Capital Markets & Tax Equity
Urban Grid
Urban Grid is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support capital markets transactions, tax equity initiatives, and project financing efforts. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, lenders, tax advisors, and outside counsel to structure, negotiate, and close complex financing arrangements. You will work on tax equity, debt financing, and related project finance activities, ensuring compliance with ITC/PTC rules and other regulatory requirements while supporting #J-18808-Ljbffr Urban Grid
