Innovation Attorney & Practice Advisor | Litigation + Generative AI
\n \nCompensation: $250K+ base (market-dependent) + bonus
\n \nLocation: Multiple U.S. offices | Hybrid

\n \nWe're partnering with a globally recognized AmLaw firm investing heavily in the future of legal practice. The firm is seeking a litigation-trained attorney who can bridge sophisticated legal judgment with emerging AI capabilities, working directly with partners to transform how complex legal work gets done.
\n \nThis is not a traditional litigation associate role, nor a purely technical innovation position. It's an opportunity to influence how attorneys research, investigate, develop strategy, analyze evidence, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
\n \nThe mandate:
\n- \n
- Partner directly with litigation teams to identify and redesign high-value legal workflows. \n
- Translate GenAI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and emerging agentic tools into practical legal applications. \n
- Lead innovation pilots from concept through implementation and adoption. \n
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, balancing legal rigor, client confidentiality, risk, and measurable impact. \n
- Help define the next generation of AI-enabled litigation practice. \n
The ideal background:
\n- \n
- JD and meaningful experience practicing litigation, ideally within an AmLaw 100 environment. \n
- Strong understanding of how complex litigation matters are actually executed. \n
- Demonstrated involvement in legal innovation, GenAI adoption, workflow redesign, or legal technology initiatives. \n
- Credibility with practicing attorneys and the ability to translate emerging technology into tangible improvements. \n
- A builder's mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm for reshaping legal practice. \n
