Platform Support Manager: Incident Automation & Resilience

MFS Investment Management

MFS Investment Management is seeking a Manager of Platform Support to lead day-to-day L1/L2 production support for business-critical investment trading and operations services. You will own service reliability, monitoring, batch automation, incident triage, and ITIL-aligned practices to ensure timely service restoration and clear communications across teams. You will drive runbooks, SOPs, and performance reporting while partnering with engineering, cybersecurity, data, and vendors to improve #J-18808-Ljbffr MFS Investment Management
