About the CompanyOur client is an AI-native insurance platform automating the full claims process — intake, fraud detection, and settlement — to help the world's largest insurers handle claims faster, more accurately, and at lower cost, improving loss ratios across the claims lifecycle. In under a year the team reached multi-seven-figure ARR with ~50% month-over-month growth and zero dedicated growth headcount. It's backed by Tier 1 funds, with a team drawn from top quant firms, cloud companies, and marquee tech.

The RoleThe client is hiring a Deployment Strategist to make mission-critical AI work for the world's largest insurers — living inside carrier environments and owning the intersection of technical architecture and executive alignment. The interview process has no technical rounds, but the hire must be genuinely technical, highly structured, and credible with senior client stakeholders. It's framed as the "reverse of an FDE": non-technical client and deployment ownership, paired tightly with engineering.
Requirements- 2–5 years of technical plus client-facing ownership
- Exceptional executive client presence
- A structured thinker who owns end-to-end execution
- Technical literacy (a CS background or an SWE internship)
- High agency, a founder-mode operator
- On-site in SF
- Strong client presence with senior executives — can earn trust in a room of seven-figure insurance executives
- A top-tier consulting background (MBB or equivalent) with a CS or technical degree
- Deployment / solutions / implementation experience at a high-performance environment (e.g., Palantir, Scale, Databricks, or similar)
- An early GTM hire at a high-growth AI startup with a CS background
- A charismatic communicator who is also genuinely technical
- The hardest job in AI-native services: own the intersection of technical architecture and executive alignment inside the world's largest carriers
- Real ownership from zero: help write the playbook, standards, and operating rhythm that define how deployments scale
- Trajectory and backing: multi-seven-figure ARR, ~50% MoM growth, Tier 1 funds, in-person SF with relocation support and all meals covered
