Address development issues related to power, water, and fiber‑optic infrastructure. Collaborate on zoning, entitlements, and permit processes. Requirements 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience. Experience with service level agreements and data center construction preferred. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location. Skills Comprehensive understanding of development issues.
