About the Role

The Company is in need of an Interim CFO to provide strategic financial leadership during a period of integration and transformation. This role is pivotal in supporting the business through the complexities of a marketing-driven, e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a transitional CFO, with a focus on M&A and post-merger integration, and will be expected to partner with the leadership team to enhance visibility into margins, performance, and operational KPIs. Key responsibilities also include advising on the financial implications of marketing spend, customer acquisition, and pricing strategies, as well as driving integration initiatives across systems, processes, and reporting. The ideal Interim CFO for this role will have a strong background in DTC and e-commerce environments, with prior experience as a CFO, particularly in private equity-backed companies. A deep understanding of consumer marketing, inventory management, S&OP, OTB planning, and merchandising is essential. The candidate should be a strategic, hands-on leader with a transformational mindset, capable of stepping into a complex environment and driving clarity and structure. Experience in high-growth or evolving organizations is a must, and the ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment and quickly add value is crucial.
