We are now seeking an Accounting Clerk/Analyst. 

This is a Part-Time role, with hours ranging from 20-30 a week. 

If you are/have:

Accounting & Administrative Support

• Experience reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment. 
• Comfortable maintaining accounts payable records and vendor files. 
• Able to reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. 
• Comfortable assisting with weekly payment runs and maintaining payment schedules. 
• Able to support month-end, year-end, and audit-related reporting. 
• Knowledge of accounting principles, office administration, and financial processes. 
• Able to identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems. 

Payroll, AR & Internal Support

• Comfortable performing collections on customer accounts receivable. 
• Able to review and revise installer payroll time/punches daily or weekly. 
• Comfortable researching account issues and helping resolve questions from staff, management, vendors, and clients. 
• Able to collaborate with other departments to support accurate financial operations. 

Organization & Communication

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks accurately and on time. 
• Able to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and work with urgency. 
• Dependable, consistently on time, and responsive to direction and feedback. 
• Professional and comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person. 
• Able to remain calm, positive, and courteous in a busy environment. 
• Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and conflict resolution skills. 

Confidentiality & Professionalism

• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with care. 
• Professional in communication, appearance, and work habits. 
• Able to maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, management, and fellow team members. 
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others. 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Associate degree preferred. 
• 1 year of office/admin experience required; accounting experience preferred. 
• HVAC experience is a plus. 
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
• Experience with Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, SAWIN, Divvy, or similar systems is a plus.
