Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Tech 3 at our facility in Chaska, MN, 55318! We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to on-call situations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
