Project Manager – Scaffolding & Access Solutions Location: Central Florida (Tampa to South Jacksonville) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $80,000–$120,000+ DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays Travel: Approximately 80% regional travel throughout Central Florida About the Opportunity We are hiring a Project Manager to join a fast-growing scaffolding and commercial access solutions company supporting complex industrial and construction projects across Florida. This role is heavily field-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects onsite, coordinating crews, solving problems, and driving project execution from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and schedules Oversee jobsite logistics and daily project execution Communicate with contractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams Support project pricing, billing, cost tracking, and P&L management Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor installation progress, safety, and quality Assist with labor and equipment scheduling across multiple active projects Develop knowledge of scaffolding systems, temporary structures, shoring, hoisting, and related access solutions Requirements Project management experience within construction, industrial services, specialty contracting, access systems, scaffolding, rentals, or related industries Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment Comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously Strong sense of urgency and follow-through Ability to learn technical products, field operations, and project costing Willingness to spend significant time onsite and in the field during training Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally throughout Florida Preferred Qualifications Experience managing field crews and subcontractors Experience with project billing, pricing, and cost tracking Candidates who thrive in high-performance environments #J-18808-Ljbffr StaffEagle LLC
