MARKETING SPECIALIST

Starting Salary: $75k + Performance Incentives + Benefits  

Full-time onsite role in our East Austin Office

Your role as a  Marketing Specialist at Easy Pay Direct: 

We’re on the hunt for a proactive digital marketer with a knack for direct response to help us implement innovative marketing strategies across various platforms.

Primary Objectives:

• Partner with the Director of Marketing to craft and launch strategic marketing campaigns.
• Help with funnel creation, content oversight, performance analytics, and automation processes.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing quarterly marketing initiatives.
• Help support SEO audits and implement improvements internally.
• Collaborate on content creation, including blog articles, social media posts, and other organic materials.
• Build and optimize funnels and landing pages.
• Create lead magnets to enhance customer engagement.
• Repurpose existing content into attractive offers.
• Help design ad creatives for paid advertising efforts.
• Research competitors to gather insights and best practices.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences in HubSpot.
• Work with the marketing team to facilitate vendor communications, order management and logistics of our marketing programs
• Grow and engage our online community and partner network, including onboarding new affiliates and referral partners.
• Help gather client reviews and testimonials, and turn them into case studies and marketing content.

Requirements:

• Full-time onsite role in our East Austin Office
• At least 3 years of experience in direct response or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in funnel building, experience with WordPress or HubSpot is a bonus.
• A proven history of successful marketing projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs and relevant systems.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and automation workflows.
• Comfortable helping with the details and moving parts behind marketing projects, not just the creative side.
