EquipmentShare is seeking a Field Service Technician – Construction Equipment Diagnostics for our Cape Giradeau, MO rental facility. You’ll keep the newest fleet in the industry running strong while supporting customers on their jobsites.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- OT after 40 hours
- On-call rotation may apply with additional compensation
- Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using sound judgment
- Use laptops/tablets comfortably to manage work orders and documentation daily
- Order parts and leverage live diagnostics to speed troubleshooting
- Demonstrate safe work practices every time
- Coach lower-level technicians as needed
- Assist with equipment/parts pick-up and delivery
- Travel to customer sites; keep a clean, professional service vehicle
- Apply OSHA knowledge on the job (preferred)
- Other duties as assigned
- Your own professional tool set
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Deep familiarity with construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams
- Strong teamwork, customer service, and communication skills
- High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; 21+ to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to stand, move, stoop, and bend
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- May need to be clean shaven for some customer worksites
