Bring your hands-on mechanical and electrical skills to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your ability to troubleshoot under pressure and keep equipment running makes a direct impact every shift.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the plantOperate shop machinery (drill press, band saw, welder, cutting torch) and a wide range of hand and power toolsProactively identify and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize production uptimeManage work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance documentation using a CMMSSupport plant safety standards and housekeeping requirements as part of a collaborative maintenance teamRequirements:5 years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or combination)Strong industrial electrical skills: PLC troubleshooting/repair, DC drives, 3-phase motors, 480V and belowAbility to read and navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprintsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical education or craft certifications a plusBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision.
