This role is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new team members, as well as planning, assigning, and directing their work. The supervisor also conducts performance evaluations, provides coaching and recognition, and administers corrective action when needed. Additionally, this position handles guest and team member concerns, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of service and operational excellence.As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will: Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guestsTransmits and receives telephone messagesAnswers inquiries about hotel services; registration of guestsKeeps records of room availability and guests' accountsComputes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guestsMakes and confirms reservationsPrepares daily reports (credit limit, cash)Reviews daily arrivals and departuresCoordinates with housekeeping when VIP Guests arriveTraining all new Front Desk personnelSets up Front Desk meetingsMakes Front Desk ScheduleTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
