We are looking for a talented and competitive Market Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You have an appetite for learning. Our team has a great sense of pride and is ready to welcome you to the LiveOak Fiber family. This position could be either onsite in our Brunswick, Georgia office or remote in Savannah, Georgia. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete outbound calls to engage potential customers, generate leads, and drive sales Receive, and convert to order, inbound calls generated through marketing efforts Listen and understand customer needs and requirements Present our solutions to the customer if it fits their needs Answer customer questions about our service, pricing, etc. Close sales opportunities and achieve sales targets Stay informed about competing products and services Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets Strong listening and communication skills on the phone and/or web chat Skilled in persuasion and influencing skills Effective objection handling skills Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Effective customer service skills that build trust Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Appetite for learning Attention to detail and strong follow through Basic Qualifications & Competencies 2+ years of proven Inside Sales experience Familiarity with consulting selling and sales skills in general Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications & Competencies 3-5 years telesales or telecom sales experience Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories Physical Demands & Working Environment Sitting- up to 35% Walking- up to 30% Standing- up to 30% Reaching- up to 20% Lifting and/or bending- up to 20% Work environment- indoors and outdoors Able to lift up 20 pounds Travel: 10% STATEMENT The qualification requirements, physical demands, and work environment characteristics described in this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job successfully.
