General Manager, Commercial HVAC Service Operations

Dania Beach, FL (Onsite)
$150K-$170K+ Base Salary + Bonus

Lead a $15M+ Commercial HVAC Service Business

We're looking for a proven Commercial HVAC leader to take full ownership of a large-scale service operation across South Florida. This is a true General Manager role with responsibility for P&L performance, operational execution, customer satisfaction, team development, and business growth .

What You'll Own

✅ Full P&L responsibility for a $15M+ commercial HVAC service division
✅ Leadership of 50+ employees across service, dispatch, customer support, warehouse, and field operations
✅ Commercial HVAC service, maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance operations
✅ Labor productivity, revenue growth, margin improvement, and service profitability
✅ Development of managers, supervisors, and field leadership teams
✅ Executive-level customer relationships and key account management
✅ KPI management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
✅ Strategic planning and growth of the South Florida HVAC service business

What We're Looking For

✔ 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service operations
✔ Proven experience managing a commercial HVAC service business with P&L accountability
✔ Experience leading large teams across multiple departments
✔ Strong understanding of service operations, dispatch, field service, maintenance agreements, and repair sales
✔ Track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
✔ Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop teams and hold accountability
✔ Excellent customer-facing and business leadership skills
