Home Health Aide (HHA)

We are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to work with our geriatric and/or pediatric clients, one-on-one, in a professional and compassionate manner at their home in the surrounding areas of Pottstown, PA.

The available shifts are up to 40-hours available! Full-time or part-time hours available! Weekday and weekend availability!

Additional clients available in the surrounding areas (Phoenixville, King of Prussia, Norristown, Wayne, Royersford, Red Hill, Collegeville, etc.)!

Home Health Aide responsibilities:

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents

Home Health Aide requirements:

• 2 years of verifiable home care or facility experience
• Form of transportation to client's residence
• Valid PA driver's license preferred
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass state and federal background checks
• Must have up-to-date physical and two-step PPD or chest X-ray
• Must pass home health aide pre-employment test
• Minimum education required high school diploma or GED
