Rising Staff is seeking bilingual English/Spanish candidates for two Meat Grinder openings at a beef processing facility near College Park, Georgia. This role offers orientation and support covering responsibilities, equipment use, and safety procedures. The position pays $16 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 a.m. until production is complete, with occasional Saturday work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and place meat into grinding equipment according to supervisor instructions.
• Monitor equipment and report unusual conditions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. until production is complete, with occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Steel-toe safety footwear.
• Successful completion of a background check before starting; a drug test is conducted after employment begins.

• Willingness to learn meat-grinding procedures and work as part of a team.
