Call for Tender: Framework Agreement for Event Management Services in Germany

Responsibilities The agency will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of event management services, including but not limited to: General organisation: venue sourcing (indoor/outdoor), catering and logistics. Legal & compliance: obtaining all necessary local and federal permissions for public gatherings and events. Security & safety: providing professional security personnel, health and safety assessments, and admission control. Technical production: provision of lighting, sound and stage design/construction. Digital presence: live‑streaming capabilities for social media platforms. Promotion: comprehensive advertising campaigns across traditional media and social media to drive attendance and engagement. Contract Duration and Events The framework covers three or more major events: Event 1: Late 2026 – North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). Event 2: 2027 – Lower Saxony. Event 3 (or more): 2027‑2028 – location and date to be announced. The contract is effective from 2026 until the end of 2028, with an option to extend until 2029 if required. Qualifications Demonstrated technical ability to carry out the entirety of the requested professional activities. Company is not bankrupt, in liquidation, or under judicial redress, and no final court decision has been made against it.
