Technical Sourcing Recruiter

This Recruiter position focuses on technical sourcing, with a strong emphasis on hardware roles, while remaining open to broader technology recruiting. The role requires a dedicated, results-driven sourcer who excels at identifying and engaging top technical talent and consistently delivers high-quality candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-caliber technical candidates, with a focus on hardware roles and related engineering positions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for a variety of technical positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and agency resources, to find and engage top technical talent.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit based on role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Collaborate closely with recruiting and hiring teams to understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from initial outreach through handoff to recruiters or hiring partners, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Track and report sourcing activities and outcomes, using data to refine strategies and improve delivery.
• Act as a proactive, "heads down" sourcing specialist who consistently meets or exceeds sourcing targets and timelines.

Essential Skills

• 26 years of experience in technical sourcing.
• Proven experience sourcing for hardware roles or hardware-focused positions.
• Demonstrated success as a technical sourcer or technical recruiter in fast-paced environments.
• Strong experience in recruiting and sourcing for technical roles across various disciplines.
• Experience in talent acquisition, including candidate identification, outreach, and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and focus on delivering high-quality sourcing results.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and recruiting partners.
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to building robust technical talent pipelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency recruiting environment, particularly in technical or hardware-focused recruiting.
• Previous experience recruiting or sourcing in large, complex technology organizations.
• Familiarity with a wide range of technical roles and skill sets, including hardware and general tech positions.
• Ability to adapt sourcing strategies to different technical domains and changing hiring needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.

Work Environment

This role is based 100% onsite in Bellevue, WA. You will work in a collaborative office environment focused on high-volume technical recruiting and sourcing. The position involves regular interaction with recruiting teams and hiring partners, using standard recruiting tools, online platforms, and communication technologies to identify and engage candidates. The environment values a focused, delivery-oriented approach, where you spend the majority of your time actively sourcing and building pipelines for technical and hardware roles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
