The position is responsible for strengthening and standardizing written communications, messaging frameworks, editorial standards, and brand voice across the organization. The role establishes scalable content operations, editorial processes, and lifecycle management practices that improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and speed-to-market.Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, the Senior Manager oversees the creation of high-impact content, develops communication frameworks and messaging standards, and drives continuous improvement across content systems, workflows, and governance.The role leads a team of communications and technical writers and partners closely with Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, Regulatory, and Sales to strengthen the STERIS brand, support commercial growth, and enhance the Customer experience.This position is based in Mentor, Ohio and follows a hybrid work schedule.
