- Transaction CoordinatorEmployment typeFull-time, Part-time, ContractPostedMay 1, 2026LocationRemote (US)Apply nowAbout this role## About PendingPending is building a new kind of real estate transaction platform focused on one thing:We work directly with individuals and teams to handle the coordination side of transactions, including timelines, deadlines, documents, and communication across all parties involved.Our goal is simple:Helping deals get from contract to closing - without anything slipping through the cracks.* Help agents stay focused on relationships and production* Help coordinators focus on running great transactions* Build the infrastructure that makes the entire process smoother## The RoleWe're looking for experienced independent Transaction Coordinators who want to partner with Pending on a per-deal basis.You'll receive active transaction files through our platform and manage them from contract to closing while we handle:* Client acquisition* Intake* Operational infrastructure* Workflow systems## What You'll Work OnYou'll manage live files from contract to close, ensuring deadlines, documentation, and communication stay on track.You'll work with agents, escrow, title, lenders, and clients to proactively clear blockers before they become closing risks.You'll partner with product to improve how Pending supports coordinators, turning day-to-day workflow feedback into better tooling.## What We're Looking ForIdeal candidates are independent, reliable operators who enjoy the work itself and want a more scalable, consistent way to do it.* Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator (required)* Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing* Highly organized and detail-oriented* Excellent communication and follow-up skills* Comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously* Proactive mindset - you don't wait for problems to surface* Tech-comfortable and open to working within modern workflows/tools## Compensation* Per-deal compensation* Flexible, remote structure* Pending provides transaction opportunities and takes a platform fee per file* Opportunity for long-term partnership as volume growsReady to join our team?Apply now and help build the future of prop tech.Apply for this position
