The Marketing Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition while balancing retention efforts. Working closely within both the Marketing and Sales teams and reporting directly to the CEO, this position requires a dynamic individual capable of generating leads, conducting client meetings, and delivering compelling sales presentations. Occasional travel to client sites will support relationship building and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation to identify potential customers
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs and promote products
- Deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients
- Perform market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Follow up with customers to nurture relationships and support retention
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports
- Maintain deep product knowledge to tailor sales strategies
- Manage customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in marketing and sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in sales techniques and market research
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
