What You'll Be DoingAs a Kitchen Expediter/Food Runner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating food orders between the kitchen and dining area to ensure timely service.
- Inspecting dishes for quality and presentation before they reach the guests.
- Delivering orders to the correct tables with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assisting the kitchen and service teams by maintaining clear communication and a steady workflow.
- Keeping the food prep and delivery areas clean and organized.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen expediter or food runner role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
