Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Finance, Debitorenmanagement und internen Fachbereichen.**Deine Aufgaben:*** Verantwortung für die operative Abwicklung vertrieblicher Vorgänge im Lead to Cash Prozess, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Opportunities, Aufträgen, Verträgen und Faktura* Prüfung, Freigabe und Bearbeitung von Opportunities in Salesforce sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Prozessschritte bis zur weiteren internen Bearbeitung* Erstellung von Reports und Analysen zu Vertriebs- und Kundendaten inkl. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen* Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Standardisierung interner Sales Operations Prozesse* Transformation manueller und gewachsener Abläufe in skalierbare, standardisierte und datengetriebene Prozesse* Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und KI-Potenzialen im Vertriebsumfeld**Dein Profil:*** Erfahrung im Bereich Sales Operations oder Revenue Operations, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Softwareumfeld* Fundiertes Verständnis für Vertriebsprozesse, Customer Journeys sowie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Sales, Marketing und Finance* Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B.
