As a Banquet Server , you’re not just providing food and drink service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special Master the menu: Learn the details of all menu items and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence Serve with efficiency and care: Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly – attention to detail is key!
