Site Development Project Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ Area (Remote) Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Multifamily Residential Development A rapidly growing real estate development organization is seeking a Site Development Project Manager to oversee the site development phase of large-scale residential projects across a multi-state portfolio. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional consulting and work directly for an owner/developer, helping guide projects from pre-construction through final closeout while partnering closely with engineering, construction, surveying, and development teams. What You'll Do Site Development Project Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Area (Remote) Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Multifamily Residential Development Manage multiple site development projects from construction kickoff through closeout Coordinate with engineers, contractors, surveyors, municipalities, and inspectors Track project schedules, milestones, permits, inspections, and construction activities Review and manage construction documentation, submittals, as-builts, reports, and project records Support field teams by helping resolve construction and site development challenges Coordinate utility installations, surveying activities, and site infrastructure improvements Attend project meetings and communicate status updates across internal and external teams Monitor project progress and maintain accurate reporting throughout the development lifecycle What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in land development, civil engineering, construction management, surveying, or related fields Strong understanding of site development and civil construction processes Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and public agencies Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience with Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, or similar software is a plus PE license is preferred but not required Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work directly for an owner/developer rather than a consulting firm Significant visibility and impact throughout the full development lifecycle Remote flexibility with limited travel requirements Exposure to large-scale multifamily and residential development projects Opportunity to collaborate with in-house development, engineering, and construction teams Strong career growth potential within a rapidly expanding organization #J-18808-Ljbffr LVI Associates
