Sourcing Associate

The Science Team at Pride Health is hiring a "Sourcing Associate" for a top materials science company. Key Responsibilities Support stakeholders and category teams with procurement activities. Prepare RFPs, pricing analysis, and sourcing documentation to support negotiations. Manage procurement data, reporting, and dashboards using Excel and SharePoint. Verify purchase requests for accuracy and compliance. Support contract renewals, updates, and extensions. Assist with transactional procurement activities and supplier coordination. Act as a point of contact for stakeholders on operational procurement matters. Maintain accurate sourcing and contract records. Required Skills 2–3 years of indirect procurement experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Additional Information: Duration: 12 months Location: Maplewood, MN Pay range: $21-$25/hr. on W2 Must be authorized to work in the United States.
