Join the Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House Team – Donut & Pastry Production  

Location: North Wilmington, DE
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Early Morning Shifts 

We're looking for a creative, motivated team member to join our kitchen in Donut & Pastry Production . This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with vision, energy, and a love for scratch-made pastries. 

Responsibilities include:  

• Opening the restaurant and setting the pace for the day

• Producing, proofing, cooking, and decorating donuts from scratch

• Baking cookies and muffins

• Assisting with in-house ice cream production

• Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

 

• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry environment preferred

• Must be reliable and able to work early mornings

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Ability to multi-task and work independently
