We're a small, founder-led mobile practice building a new standard for end-of-life care, and we're hiring a veterinarian to help shape it from the ground up.

*Compensation: Choose the Schedule That Fits Your Life*

* *5-day (full-time): $160,000.* Includes 2 alternating full weekends per month
* *4-day: $125,000.* Includes weekend rotation
* *3-day: $95,000.* Includes 2+ peak days (Mon/Fri/Sat/Sun)

Plus bonus opportunities. Our 3-day schedule pays more than many full-time in-home roles.

*Your Role*

* Guide families through quality-of-life and end-of-life decisions with warmth and clarity
* Provide gentle, in-home euthanasia and palliative care that honors the human-animal bond
* Deliver every appointment with professionalism and clinical excellence
* Complete medical records promptly and maintain drug logs per all state and federal laws
* Help shape our approach to care, operations, and culture as a founding clinical voice

*What You'll Need*

* DVM/VMD with veterinary and DEA licenses in good standing
* Comfort with end-of-life care and compassionate client communication
* Reliable vehicle (SUV or van preferred) and ability to navigate home environments (stairs, pets, lifting up to 40 lbs)
* Desire to work 3 to 5 days per week
