ClearShift provides the leads, tools, inventory, training, and team support you need to succeed. We're looking for someone who will make the most of those opportunities while finding authentic ways to create new ones.

Our most successful Purchase Guides build relationships, stay connected, earn referrals, and become someone customers remember and ask for by name. Whether through social media, video, networking, community involvement, or consistent follow-up, you'll have room to develop your own voice within the ClearShift brand.

You'll be responsible for:

• Guiding customers through a transparent, no-pressure buying experience
• Responding to leads promptly and professionally
• Managing relationships from the first conversation through delivery
• Maintaining consistent and thoughtful follow-up
• Building repeat, referral, and organic business
• Learning our inventory, products, financing options, and processes
• Taking ownership of your goals and continued growth

• You prefer to wait for customers rather than build relationships
• You are uncomfortable with follow-up, outreach, or asking for the business
• You need frequent reminders to manage your responsibilities

Automotive experience is helpful, but not required. Character, initiative, sales ability, and how you treat people matter just as much.

Expected annual earnings: $48,000–$120,000+ based on experience and performance.

This is a full-time, in-person position in Littleton, Colorado. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Saturday and some holiday availability are required.

Upon acceptance of an offer, ClearShift does complete background and motor vehicle record checks on all new hires. All accepted offers are contingent on successful completion of the checks and prior offenses can impact employment based on the severity and/or nature of the offense. If an offense found on the reports is in violation of the ClearShift policies, the new hire will receive an adverse action letter with options for next steps.
