Cardiology Nurse Practitioner - Pre-Transplant Services

Opportunity Information Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support our non-invasive cardiology program, with a focus on our high-volume pre-transplant cardiovascular evaluation and longitudinal care for our liver and renal transplant Programs of Excellence to support our Advanced Organ Therapy Division at Van Ness Campus (VNC) / California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC). This is a unique opportunity to practice at the intersection of advanced cardiovascular medicine and solid-organ transplantation within a quaternary, academically oriented health system . The role is embedded in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside transplant hepatology, nephrology, cardiology subspecialists, anesthesia, and surgery.
