Sales Director - Performance CTV

Sales Director - Performance CTV Full Time Smadex is leading the transition from traditional linear TV to performance-driven CTV. We are looking for a CTV Sales Rockstar to unlock high-value performance and brand budgets. You won't just be selling to UA managers; you will be pitching Brand Leads and Video Buyers at major agencies and mobile-first powerhouses. Location: Austin, TX USA | Remote available for candidates based in major cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin or New York; hybrid schedule includes both remote and in-office work. What you will do: Present Smadex’s CTV-first programmatic solutions to CTV leads and Brand’s Performance Planning teams at major agencies (Big 6) and direct brands. Educate clients on how Smadex’s mobile-first DNA provides superior performance and measurement in the CTV space compared to traditional "branding" DSPs. Strategic Hunting: Close high-value IOs and MSAs, ensuring Smadex becomes a Tier 1 partner for omnichannel video spend. Internal Partnership: Collaborate with Ad Ops and Product to refine our CTV roadmap based on feedback from major brand buyers. Skills and requirements: CTV Subject Matter Expert: Deep knowledge of the CTV/OTT ecosystem, including ACR data, standards for video, and cross-device mapping. Agency Powerhouse: Possesses an extensive network of contacts within Agency Video/Linear buying teams and Brand Planning groups. The "Rockstar" Mindset: A proven history of hitting 150%+ of revenue targets at a top-tier video or programmatic partner. Consultative Seller: Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and translate complex "attribution" talk into "business growth" talk for C-level executives. 3-5+ years experience selling directly to major advertisers and digital agencies, specifically focused on Video, CTV, or Omnichannel programmatic spend.
