RN Wound/Ostomy Care
Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring wound and ostomy management. Assess, monitor, and document wound and ostomy conditions and patient progress. Develop and implement individualized wound and ostomy care plans. Provide patient and family education regarding wound care and ostomy management. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Follow infection control, patient safety, and nursing standards.
Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state where care is provided. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. CWOCN or CWCN Certification preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
