You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Manager is responsible for leading the successful integration of acquisitions to drive value, manage risk, and generate synergies between the acquired entity and the bank. The responsibilities will involve working across various groups, processes, and technology and business systems to ensure the strategic vision is achieved.Primary ResponsibilitiesLeads, maintains, and optimizes as necessary, the company’s merger integration structure and ensures the effective operations of teams and alignment with Regions’ strategic prioritiesLeads associates both directly and indirectly to effectively manage Merger & Acquisition Integration effortsPartners with broader Strategy and Corporate Development team to contribute to Mergers & Acquisitions and other strategic initiatives within RegionsPartners closely with functional teams including Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, Business, and others to drive impactful project planning and executionDevelops and assists in managing efforts to help manage focus on achieving full value of integrationMaintains open communication and partnerships with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth evaluation and transition of systems, legal documents, and benefits plans, products, and other core components of the acquired business constructProvides updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of projectsPartners with relevant stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of new systems and other assets, and recommend necessary changesMonitors progress, identifies issues, and works with teams to problem-solve and develop innovative solutionsUtilizes project management skills in ensuring adherence to scope, time restraints, budgets, quality expectations, and business value over the short, medium, and long termExecutes on other relevant ad-hoc efforts to support the Strategy and Corporate Development team at RegionsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related fieldTen (10) years of directly related experience or combination of banking and relevant consulting experiencePreferencesMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Skills and CompetenciesStrong financial and analytical capabilitiesAbility to think strategically and innovativelyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesDeveloped relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong executive presenceStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationResolution Planning Responsibilities Lead the bank’s enterprise-wide resolution planning program, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.Oversee development, maintenance, and annual submission of the Resolution Plan (“Living Will”), including coordination across business lines, finance, risk, legal, and operations.Identify and assess critical operations, core business lines, and material entities to support resolvability analysis and continuity planning.Direct the creation and validation of resolution strategies, ensuring feasibility under severe stress scenarios and alignment with the bank’s legal entity structure and funding model.Manage regulatory engagement, including responding to feedback, addressing identified gaps, and coordinating remediation efforts and action plans.Drive continuous improvement and ensures data accuracy, documentation quality, and audit readiness across all resolution planning deliverables.Additional Skills and Competencies Demonstrated ability to periodically present to senior managementCollaborative and partners effectively in a team environmentOperates with an innovative and continuous improvement mindsetThis position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future.
