Licensed Behavioral Clinician

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist , you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Pennsylvania Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families, couples, and children and adolescents Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full‑time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
