Building Maintenance Operations Supervisor (2 Vacancies)

The Department of Environmental Services (DES), Facilities and Engineering Division seeks two Building Maintenance Operations Supervisors reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Section Chief to manage a team that provides building repair and maintenance services to a portfolio of over 80 County buildings, including HVAC Mechanics, Building Engineers, Stationary Watch Engineers, and contracted service staff. The Supervisors will oversee the maintenance of critical sites at two data centers and six radio sites, including operation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, emergency power equipment, plumbing, equipment, computerized building automation systems, building envelope, and other related components. #J-18808-Ljbffr Arlington County Government
