Payroll & HR Coordinator

Job PostingLakin Tire East, Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Coordinator to manage weekly payroll and support employee benefits, onboarding, and general HR administration.Key Responsibilities:PayrollProcess accurate and timely weekly payroll using ADP.Review timecards, overtime, PTO, deductions, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and payroll changes.Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies prior to submission.Maintain accurate payroll records and respond to employee payroll questions.Assist with quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including W-2 review.Coordinate with ADP support as needed.HR & BenefitsCoordinate new-hire onboarding, payroll setup, and employee offboarding.Administer benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment.Assist employees with benefits and routine HR questions.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Assist with employment verifications, unemployment claims, workers' compensation documentation, and other HR administration.Provide payroll and HR support to Spanish-speaking employees.QualificationsStrong hands-on ADP payroll processing experience requiredFluent in English and Spanish required3+ years of payroll and/or HR experience preferredBenefits administration and onboarding experience preferredWorking knowledge of payroll practices, taxes, deductions, and wage-and-hour requirementsStrong Excel and computer skillsExcellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsHigh degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentialityAssociate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field preferredWe're looking for a dependable, accurate, and approachable professional who can take ownership of weekly payroll while providing responsive HR and benefits support to our employees.EEO Statement:Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
