Training Coordinator
In this position, the incumbent will serve as the training coordinator for the division. Prepares narrative and statistical data; analyzes information; identifies progress, deficiencies and problems, and conducts studies, as directed.
Completes training associated metrics on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as directed. Acts as the administrator the training website, ensuring new employees are added and assigned the appropriate courses.
Tracks and monitors progress of annual mandatory training, as well as, required training such as supervisory training and CES courses.
Interacts with headquarter, division supervisors, and employees on training matters, answering questions and providing guidance.
Manages intern progress reports to ensure program requirements are met and documentation is completed.
Serves as a Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder for the division, ensuring all required documentation is captured.
Serves as an administrative assistant to the supervisor by performing administrative and clerical duties requiring a good working knowledge of the organization and programs of the Division.
Serves as clerical/administrative support staff coordinating the clerical and day-to-day administrative support activities required to accomplish the work of the Division that consists of four subordinate Branches with approximately 175+ positions.
