Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills in English and Spanish to join our team. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns. Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all customer interactions. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish. Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems effectively. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Experience with sales or upselling is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers.
