Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 for qualified full-time PSS hires! Applicants must be fully PSS certified at the time of hire to qualify. The bonus is paid in three installments: $500 after 60 days, $500 after 120 days, and $500 after 180 days of employment. Your Day as a PSS Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Help residents with everyday household and lifestyle tasks Assist with meal preparation and service when needed Answer resident call lights and respond to requests in a timely manner Encourage participation in activities and help residents remain engaged Record care provided and communicate important changes in resident status Treat every resident with patience, dignity, and respect A Workplace That Rewards Your Commitment Your dedication matters.
