Product Manager, Professional Promotion, DARZALEX

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Manager for Professional Promotion focused on DARZALEX FASPRO® in oncology. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing field resources, and coordinating across cross-functional teams to support sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement professional marketing strategies and resources for oncology field teams
- Plan field sales execution including sales meetings, training, launch activities, and new hire onboarding
- Create marketing resources such as brand summaries, objection handling materials, and field coaching reports
- Oversee omnichannel field execution including Dynamic Engagement Plan, Wizard, and Veeva platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, and Finance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years work experience with 2+ years in marketing, sales, or commercial strategy
- Project management experience and healthcare or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight and weekend travel
- Oncology experience preferred
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI
