What You’ll Do:

You’re not just leading offices—you’re developing leaders, building culture, and growing an empire. You’ll be the go-to for strategy, support, and success at every level of your market.

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing Office Leaders
  Because the right leaders don’t just find themselves—you find and grow them.
• Partner closely with Dentists to provide operational (non-clinical) support
  You'll be the person behind the scenes making sure great doctors can do great dentistry.
• Drive financial growth by exceeding budget goals and managing profitability
  You’ll turn numbers into victories—and help teams celebrate every win.
• Implement best practices, execute company initiatives, and manage costs effectively
  Because good ideas don’t build success—execution does.
• Ensure day-to-day excellence and an outstanding experience for all team members
  Your leadership will make work feel like more than just a job—it’ll feel like a win.
• Hold weekly and monthly meetings to review best practices, financials, and operational results
  Because real leadership happens in real conversations, not in emails.
• Visit offices frequently to mentor, coach, and support leaders onsite

• Leverage centralized support teams to keep practices thriving
  You’ll have a powerhouse of departments behind you—including IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, and more.

What You Bring:

You're a seasoned, strategic leader who understands that building great businesses starts with building great people. You can juggle operations, financials, and team culture without breaking a sweat.

• Proven experience growing a multi-unit business (healthcare/dental preferred)
• Strong track record managing multiple business units within a matrixed organization
• Expert-level P&L management and financial analysis
• High financial acumen with a disciplined, execution-driven mindset
• Professional maturity with outstanding emotional intelligence (EQ and IQ)
