Finance Officer

Supporting the financial management of the Caribbean Resilience Initiative (CRI), the full-time or part-time Finance Officer will manage accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and grant compliance functions across multiple Caribbean jurisdictions. Key responsibilities Maintain banking files and conduct financial reviews of purchase requests and payment requests Support month-end and year-end close processes while ensuring accurate accounting records Prepare financial reports and assist with grant budget monitoring and compliance activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field Three to five years of progressively responsible finance experience, preferably in an international NGO environment Knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and donor regulations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems Experience in budgeting, grants management, and financial reporting
