Manager, Multi Tenant Sales Representative , NYC

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.JOB SUMMARYManage the daily operation of the Residential, Multi-Tenant Sales department to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceResponsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals and yield targetsSupervise all Multi-Tenant Sales staff.Monitor the payroll process and ensure that all commissions are calculated properlyRecruit, interview, hire, train and guide Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partners.Support of Multi-Tenant Sales team will consist of approximately 80% office work and 20% field workCommunicate with sales staff all current market offers and ensure sales staff compliance with offer use and strategy.Communicate and manage leads while monitoring territory assignments for all Multi-Tenant personnelHandle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etcPerform other duties as requested by supervisorREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishValid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insuranceRequired EducationBachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience requiredRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsSales experience - 2+Sales management experience - 2+Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of Company products and services preferredWORKING CONDITIONSOffice environment, with occasional field supportTravel as required#LI-SWD74 SMD502 2026-81972 SMD502 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
