As a Teammate – Off Field Operations you will support store success behind the scenes by executing inventory, fulfillment, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Execute inventory and fulfillment operations to keep the store athlete‑ready. Maintain operational processes with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate in a high‑performing, team‑first environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Pay & Benefits Targeted Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
