Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location : Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Work Requirements : Hybrid, 3 days onsite Astyra is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage full‑cycle recruiting, build strong talent pipelines, partner with clients and hiring managers, and help drive successful placements across a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, financial services, and government. What You’ll Do Manage full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement Develop recruiting strategies for difficult‑to‑fill positions Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders Evaluate candidate qualifications and determine fit for client opportunities Advise clients and hiring teams on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process Maintain talent pipelines and support long‑term recruiting initiatives What We’re Looking For 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing, staff augmentation, or contingent workforce environment Experience managing full‑cycle recruiting processes Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills Experience with ATS/CRM systems; Bullhorn experience is a plus If you’re passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities and want to be part of a company where your contributions make a direct impact, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Astyra Corporation
